Hi, second post on this forum for me.
Im currently doing 5 days protein, fat and fibre. Then 2 days carbing up.
Seems to be working after 2 weeks being on it now. Certainly not lost any strength and im cutting up around my legs chest back and arms just waiting on abs now.
My “weekend” is actually monday and Tuesday as I w/o Wednesday to Sunday due to my kids etc.
So my carb days are Monday Tuesday. So I am right in thinking to carb up on my two rest days?
My main question is, it states to start the carbs on friday evening and finish Saturday night, (for me Sunday evening & finish Monday night). But why?
At the moment ive been carbing up monday morning to Tuesday evening.
