I haven’t had any preworkout in like 5 days and i’m going to take it tomorrow. I’m excited for caffeine to work again.

yeah as long as i have yohimbe, caffeine and creatine i’m happy. I’ll probably do that once i’m done with my tub of mr hyde

I’ve never tried yohimbe…what does it do. When I used to take a pre I did creatine, caffeine, arginine (dumb) beta alanine, agamatine, and one more pump thing that naturally tastes like watermelon
it makes me sweat more than if i popped a molly. but idrk this is the first preworkout ive used that has it in it. i think it helps with getting hyped and energy stuff

Ya you could do alot worse getting advice from Paul, and his sight. When I’m training at the gym (not my garage) I do my incline close grips, in the rack off the pins. I kill a whole lot of birds with one stone this way. As a secondary exercise to the bench, I get the upper chest-tris-front delt, and the pause on the pins, works explosivness for bench. It’s been awhile since I’ve been able to these, making me home sick for the gym. Anyway nice work, lots of carry over with these to the bench !
I was just thinking and the more I bench the more I realize I really don’t know how to bench and my technique needs alot of work.
@Anytime wanna do some sort of close grip incline competition just for shits and gigs?
