nice
Thanks guys…right after I did it my training partner proceeded to do 425x8, 475x3 then 405x8 so I’m the grand scheme of things just a tiny stepping stone but I’ll sure as hell take it
Cycle 3 week 4 day 1
BENCH
105x5
135x5
155x5
INCLINE BB
3x5 with 135
DB PRESS
3x6 with 60s
BEAR HUG WEIGHTED CARRY
3x 50 steps with 1 45 lb plate
3x50’steps with 2 plates
Abs in between every set, i really wanted to do roll outs between everything but on my first set I felt some decent pain in my left lower bicep that shot straight to the top of my elbow. I’m going to start doing carries every workout.
Bench: bear hug carries
Deadliest: farmers walk
OHP: overhead walk
Squat: yoke walk with barbell or ssb
Sometimes when I’m at the library and working on something and I just want to slit my throat with a rusty butter knife, I come here and read. This site is like my little get away. lol
Cycle 3 Week 4 Day 2
DEADLIFT
135X5
165X5
200X5
SLDL
135x10
CHINS (hands facing away)
sets of 5 till 25 -SS- planks for 15 seconds
CHINS (hands facing me)
sets of 5 -SS- side planks for 10 seconds
Farmers walk, hanging leg raises, banded curls
To warm up for deadlifting I tried doing some KB swings and if feels like my hamstring is damn near sliced in half, hurt like a mother. Elbow still is very tender also, feels like more nerves than muscle or bone. Pretty beat up so I will more than likely OHP/Squat either Thursday or Friday and do some sort of weighted carry and be out.
LIFE ADVICE/EXPERIENCE: I swear every time I’m talking to a HAWT girl somewhere in the conversation “…ya my boyfriend…” comes up
That’s why I stick to talking to 6’s and 7’s. They never bring up their boyfriend lolol

dude do you have a youtube channel b/c I’m damn near positive I came across it the other day
That kid in the gray sweatshirt “ya he could beat my ass”
Nice work on the press Chobbs, 315’s big, when I’m working with kids they’re squat, and deads always move up consistantly, but bench is a hard one for that 16-22 group, I have a guy who put 350 on his dead in two years, and only 30lbs on his bench. It’s hard to progress on the bench without alot of upper body mass, just need patience, it’ll start to snowball, bigger bench–will add upper body mass—upper body mass will give bigger bench, and so on, and so on.
As far as the ladys just remember " you have to slay some dragons to get to the princess"
Latter
Damn hobbs you’re getting strong.

I think my 1’s bench day was just a bad day, first day of CBL, no caffeine preworkout etc etc life goes on

I go on specific lifter you tubez watching sprees and lately I’ve been watching Chase Karnes who’s a strongman. Absolute freakish overhead strength, 295x8 overhead press with a little bit of knee bend weighing like 200.
Really starting to get CBL to work specifically for me, tomorrow I’ll get the exact macros of everything I’ll eat tomorrow and it should look something like this.
930: coffee with one scoop whey and one tbl EVOO
12ish: 4 oz chicken and carrots
5: keifer coffee same as 930
intra workout 70 grams of dextrose
630ish: 8 oz chicken breast and 70 grams of carbs usually with rice and some honey added
8-9: 4 cups of fruity pebbles with 0% milk
11-12: 1 cup of this off brand greek yogurt stuff and 1 scoop whey mixed
Off days I have a hard time eating but I just have to remind myself that that night is fueling tomorrows workout.
Later
Cycle 3 Week 4 Day 3
OHP
6x10 with just the bar 2 regular, 2 BTN, 2 idk how to spell it but it sounds like clock off I think lol
60x5
70x5
95x5
2 sets of face pulls
2 sets of laterals
2 sets of overhead KB extension
everything had 15 pull aparts and 5 rollouts inbetween
A bunch of overhead BB and KB walking
I’m getting used to caffeine so I didn’t have my coffee and it sucked
