Also, what does your raw (beltless) deadlift max look like, and your raw (beltless) squat look like?

No clue squat but I got 350 for one at the end of some joker sets with a belt…305x8 dead

When you move out your stance in squat/deadlifts it will be weaker if you haven’t squatted/deadlifted wide before, and don’t have 'dem 'dar glutes/hips strong.

My brother wanted to lift so I went with him and it was piss poor. I don’t think it was really even the one less day of rest my last 3 bench days have been bad. I am just going to finish this cycle then go 2 cycles back. I know wendler says to go 5 forward 3 back but idk of I could take another pathetic cycle.

Don’t get discouraged. Unless you actually missed reps don’t reset just yet. This is where you need to be mentally strong. Trust the programming. You most likely won’t have all four lifts improving the same way. Really concentrate on technique while you’re warming up and then forget about the other bad bench days you had.

Also, when you reset do a real reset.
