Forgot to tell you guys on Thursday I threw back half a dirty 30 with a friend and we went to McDonald’s and I went back to my old ways lol 3 McDoubles 2 mcchickens 1 Oreo mcflurry 1 apple lie 1 small fry…still was only 201.5 the next day. GAINZZZZ
I think I gained a few pounds just reading that!
I used to get 2 mcdoubles then ditch the bottom bun and have a quadra burger with a large fry and drink on a regular basis. I gained weight faster than my pregnant wife but I wasn’t growing a person, just a gut!
Pretty sure I would have been hacking up some lung butter halfway through that basketball workout!

I woke up the next day looking the leanest I’ve ever been and my muscles look hyyyyyooooge lol
Week 7 Day 1
Usually train at night but since the championship game is on tonight and I have a ton of homework I trained mid morning w/ the slick as snot benches…used my survival skills and wrapped bands around the bench to make it work.
Bench…2 min rest
warmup: 135x5, 155x4, 175x3, 195x2, 215x1…Has anyone ever made a form tweak and thought “wow I’m a genius” but then when the heavier weights come you just realize the weight moved faster bc it was a warmup? Ya that happened.
working: 225x1, 3x5 with 215, 3x5 with 190, 150x18 w/ wraps
On the second set of 190 I tweaked something in my mid back on the left side, all reps paused.
Incline…2 min…grip: thumbs length from smooth
115x20
115x18…idk what happened here lol
115x12
50 reps bitches
Dips…definitely just realized I skipped these
Laterals…1 min
3x20 with 15’s
Pull aparts
4x25
Planks
30 sec front/side/side
I walked on the treadmill for 10 minutes at 3 mph, every 2 min increasing the incline by 1. I kept looking in the mirror and I was looking bloated/fat as shit today so I was interested to see what the scale would say. It was 202 which is somewhat surprising because my morning weight is usually 200 and the 202 was post workout and after a weekend of alot of beer, mcdonalds, and a buffet that turned into a shit show. With this I’m starting to think the “glycogen stores” are bro science because either mine were incredibly low or I’m not sure.
EDIT: If I have a shitty leg day tomorrow I’m never walking on the treadmill again.
Bro talk, if you’re talking to a girl is it okay to have a small insecurity that her old boyfriend plays in the NBA and makes millions of dollars? Or am I just being a bitch
That shit don’t matter we all piss and shit the same colour brotha! Be confident in yourself.

Small name guy from Florida, still was in the league, in the NBDL right now.

I don’t know the whole situation, but I will say this much. Nobody in the D league makes millions. It probably isn’t enough to retire on, and women always exaggerate shit to make themselves sound more desirable.
She isn’t with him for a reason, and she is with you now for a reason. Sometimes, I have found out the reason my girlfriend’s last relationship didn’t work out. It can tell you a lot about the person. Be careful digging though. Sometimes you find answers that you don’t want to find if you really like the girl.
Just be awesome and do your thing. Date her how you want to date her (not how she wants to be dated), and if she is for you then it will all work out.
If not, just get back up on your horse and ride to the next town bro.
Also, be careful to not mistake your gut feelings for insecurity. Sometimes you’re on to something, and you squash it because you mistake it for being an insecurity. Then you end up in the situations where you get to sit there and tell yourself that you knew better haha.

A) she’s not with him anymore
B) figure out how to make millions of dollars
Of course you can always look at it as “she’s talking to me, therefore I’m awesome”.
Every pro sports player dated girls previously. …in highschool/college… it literally has nothing to do with her dating afterward. Maybe if she was a nba housewife for a while… thatd change her perspective. But if it was all previous I cant imagine any correlation.

The life of an outside maintenance yard perfectionist pays quite well
Week 7 Day 2
Lower back was really tired/sore and I slept 4 and 1/2 hours last night and had one meal before training so I thought this session was gonna be awful. Right when I stuck both my headphones in though some switch just flipped and I was ready to go.
Squat
3x10 with the bar
135x5, 155x4, 185x3, 205x2, 225x1
235x1 paused, 5x5 with 190 in 10:45…I really wanted to work up to something heavy. These principles are starting to kick in.
Deadlift…2:30 rest…gonna be 2 min next week
135x5
225x3
5x3 with 275 all double overhand…wanted to pull something heavy again.
Hip thrusts
4x8 with 95…first time ever doing these
Laterals
3x20 with 15’s
-SS-
Rollouts
3x12
Starting a EC stack tomorrow if anyone has any opinions…dosing is like this.
Gonna keep it at 12.5 E and 100 mg C for as long as possible then another dose of this 4-6 hours later. I will not go over 3 dose per day, preferably only 2.
Chobbs I tell ya… There is some physiology going on when you are light on sleep or something, because to my memory like everytime I get 3 hours and have a session scheduled I always go in thinking “F it, just punch the clock and go home” and it ends up being a home run session. Crazy but true.

I almost said screw it and just do legs tomorrow but I’m glad I didn’t. I swear the moment I put both of my headphones in I was ready to roll.
