Kinda think I have food poisoning, the other two people I was with this weekend have the same symptoms and the only thing we all ate that was the same was a carry in pizza. I thought i was just hungover but after the first 3 times I threw up, the squirts, and being felted like someone beat my ass with a 2x4 I changed my mind. Other than getting up for the bathroom I slept from 3 am last night to 6 pm today. I’m just trying to drink some gatorades and try not to shit my pants on the 3 hour drive home lol if anyone has any secret remedies I’m all ears.[/quote]

getting drunk again might help with the hangover

Week 2 Day 1 of BBM
BENCH
Warmups: 135x5, 155x4, 175x3, 195x2, 215x1
Working: 225x1 slow, 5x8 with 200, every set but the 3rd was slow, I thought about going 185 to make the reps quick but I said screw it and just did my normal weight. I got all my reps unlike last week but the overall reps were much slower, which was to be expected.

INCLINE…350 method (2 min rest)
135x17
135x12
135x9
PR for total reps: 38

DIPS…2 min rest
21, 18, 15, 12, 9…felt some clicking in my left elbow
PR for total reps: 75

I didn’t do my laterals and pull aparts because I’m just glad I made it through this one alive with all limbs attached.

How much does everybody normally spend on food per week?

Shew, considering I eat at least $20-40 worth of food every day, somewhere between $150-300 a week.

Wow lol this made me feel alot better about my past wal mart trip. What do you eat???

Minimum of 100 on groceries 20-30 on chipotle or Panda express.

It varies so much from week to week that I break down my metrics on a monthly basis:

Solid foods = $300-$600
Supps = $100-$200

So, somewhere between $100-$200 per week if you average it. Of course there are weeks when we don’t need anything more than some milk and eggs and other weeks when my wallet hurts leaving the checkout.

Of course that’s for me, the wife and two kids. The kids take chewy multis and omega 3 supplements daily.

The Juice Weasel

haha, yeah it is sad and I spend easily $80 a week on gas. Yeah… so expensive to live. I live out in a rural area (which I love), so I have to commute all the way to the city to work and a small town over to lift.

I “juice” everyday. So I juice kale, spinach, tomatoes, oranges, limes, jalapeno, etcetera with a badass cold press juicer. It really is awesome, you can make nut butter and pasta with it too.

I also eat a lot of lean red meat, pork of all sorts, rice, sweet potatoes, milk, eggs, steel cut oats, burritos, pizza, stews, stir fry, fruits and vegetables… It varies. I eat out probably three times a week for dinner. I love to eat hearty food, and pizza and burritos/fajitas are probably two of the things I consume a ton of.

I haven’t ate fast food in over 2 years! When I was in college I hit Wendy’s or Taco Hell at least once a day. When I started making a salary I’ve pretty much taken it out completely.

The only supplements I take are fish oil, protein, and rhodiola. I don’t really take a multi anymore since I started the whole juicing thing.

I love read meat but eating more than 1 meal of it per day gets pricey. I LOVE hearty food also (chili).

Week 2 Day 2
SQUAT…I didn’t realize that you were supposed to hit the single and the 5x5 in the time limit so my time went down but intensity was high.
Warm up: 135x5, 165x4, 185x3, 205x2, 225x1
Working: 250x1 paused, 5x5 with 200 in 14:30…basically every set was the same, first rep slow, second and third real quick, fourth quick and fifth slow.

DEADLIFT
135x5
225x3
275x1
5x3 with 290…felt slow but looked quick on camera, I don’t know what to compare these sets too speed wise.

FRONT SQUAT

155x5
175x5
155x5
135x5

SEATED SSB GOOD MORNING
3x10

When my girlfriend was living with me, it was usually $8-900 a month, sometimes more (looking back over last year, it looks like the highest was $1200 or so). That’s not including the food she bought and cooked, that was only my grocery and restaurant bill.

We ate good food though and could have eaten plenty cheaper if we wanted. For us, dining out is a pasttime and worth the extra cost.

On the other hand, I spent right around $250 last month, just myself. I still ate a few meals out.
