250 a month isn’t terrible
Not counting the 20 meals I get on a meal plan at college, I think I spend around an average of 80 a week on food/supps.

You get 20 per week? Idk how quality they are but it’s better than cooking!
I spend 50-75$ a week on food, depending on if your counting protein and the occasional meal out.

Damn I miss college. I live by myself (have a dog) and I spend about $100-150 a week on food, and $150 a month on supplements. Cooking can be a pain in the ass after a long day lol. I should mention that all my fruit/veg/seeds/nuts are organic, all the red meat/dairy I eat is grass-fed, chickens/piggies pasture raised, wild caught seafood so I guess the price could be worse.
eggs, ground beef, milk, and frozen veggies, is basicaly what I live on, for the past 2yrs since my income has been put on hold, all cheap, all quality. I mix the veggies with the eggs, or beef, and add spice as required. I’m taking in around 4000-5000 calories a day this way for less than 20$ a day, but I don’t have to worry about Abz, Armz, and chickz, the way you collage kids do.
My belly can stick out further than my dick do, and my wife still roles over in the dark once a week, that way I can focus on eating just to lift heavy things ![]()
I still have 277x5 front squat on my mind, but it’s taken a little longer than planned, as well, I’ve changed templates like you did, so things have slowed down. I got it for 4 dirty reps a few weeks ago, and lately I’ve been getting 3 solid reps at 275 before I drop weight, and put some work in, being realistic, probably early in April, by the looks of your workouts, were still running neck and neck, we shall see, keep up the good work, later

Lifted with some buddies so no timer in between sets so no intensity. Even with the weight loss still feeling fairly decent, hoping to work up to my EDM (training max) on Monday if I’m feeling up to it after my working sets. Weight this morning: 204

I think 225 x100 bench would be b.a. but then I think about the 3 days of domz . No thanks.
For anyone who cares here’s what I ate today, I normally don’t eat out but since I didn’t know where we were going I was conservative during the day to eat what I wanted with my family. Normally I’ll have liquid breakfast, big lunch, big dinner, bedtime snack. Today went…
Breakfast:
1 cup skim milk
1 cup egg whites
2 scoops protein
1 tablespoon chocolate ovaltine mix
Lunch/Dinner:
12 oz steak with some mashed potatoes
3 bread sticks
(olive garden)
Snack:
1 and 1/2 cups of Kashi cereal
1 and 1/2 cups of fat free milk
1 scoop protein
1 container of this individual packaged peanut butter
Macros for the day were:
81 fat
247 carbs
248 protein
