Hey man, I’m brand new to this whole training log thing. How do I start one? By the way I noticed you’re from indiana. I am too! Where at?

Forums > Logs > Training Logs.
At the top, Click NEW. Give it a name in the Subject up top, write some stuff, and press Submit.
Far more importantly, thanks for the pointer to the pete rubish rice-a-roni and beef thing. It’s a little bland on its own still, but I’m working out some seasoning. As it stands, it reminds me a lot of nasty cafeteria food (albeit, much better tasting.)

Just go to forums, training logs, then click new then do your thing. Fort Wayne for school, marion ish for when I’m home

You tryin to watch on your phone or computer?
I think today for my deload I’m going to go in and mess around with the reverse bands on teh bench press and hit a heavy 3,5, 8 shit idk and then leave.
You need to build your closegrip .

For strength at the top? Agree 100%
Well. The whole movement. The pause helps build off the chest as well. But more from a keeping in the groove standpoint vs. A reg pause that buids the power off the chest. Then yes of course the lockout. My last two reps on closegrip take 2-3 seconds to lockout after halfway point. #grinder#timeundertension#teaches you to keep pushing like a max effort or…get stapled.
