@anytime people were doing crossfit…I guess they slam these soft balls into the ground 50 times, then 40, then 30…see the stuff I have to deal with lol

I used to work out in a boxing gym, that didn’t bug me, but I think that banging might get to me, whatever a gyms a gym I guess. later

Couple more weeks and my back squat will have caught up to your front squat.

And then I’ll work on getting my bench up to your OHP.

And my DL up to your back squat.

Maybe in a few years, we can actually race to some number on the same lift. Lol.
