Hmm 3x6 on sldl…seems familiar.
I’m mentally so ready for this upcoming 1’s week, 270 for 5 singles on bench, 360 for 5 on deads, 160 for 5 on OHP and 315 for 6 squatting.
275 B, 315 S, and 365 D, are some nice round number’s, and starting to get some space between bench and squat. There was a sudden jump there about a month ago, you keeping a secret from us, I only cheer for the natural team you know. Good time’s, and good number’s. later

No, but the time is quickly approaching…500 dead, low 4 squat, low 3 bench
We all have our goals, i’m waiting for the 4/5/6 jump off, or when I get back in my gym, what ever comes first, by the looks of things, I’ll be back in my gym long before I get to 4-5-6, so we’'l see. I still strongly believe in building a big base first, it seems like alot of work, but the last guy to hit the nitro button usually ends up winning the race. I am getting an itchy trigger finger though ![]()
Back to that snow ball effect I keep bringing up in your log, I think your on the other side of it, where it’s starting to work for ya, strength builds strength, and one lift feeds off another ‘’ snow ball’’ same amount of work, starts to bring more results. Later

Shit 4-5-6 thats your 1500 total
Hope you didn’t need collage to figure that out !
About 250lbs to go, no big deal, couple more runs of smolov ought to do it
I was looking thru my old supp bottles and I found some DMAA pills…this couldn’t of came at a better time. 50 mg of that and 200 of caffeine tonight

You’ll be front squatting 400 no time.

Sadly I only pull the caffeine out on 1’s week and sometimes 3’s
I’m not forreal (but yet I kinda am) but I’m about to just say fuck it…superdrol and test
Not trying to go all sentimental on you guys, but ever since I switched to advanced 5/3/1 and benched 250 for 5 singles which would have been exactly 16 weeks ago, I’ve been looking forward to the day where I hit 275 for 5 singles. I know noone else gives a shit about it but me but I kinda feel a little bit of pressure.
Cycle 8 Week 3 Day 1
BENCH w/ wraps…supposed to be 270
275x5 singles
1st set I about lost it bc I paused for a 2 count
2nd set was smooth
3rd was the best rep
4th I touched too high
5th I needed a spot around 3 board height
You can really tell where you’re weak when you’re handling heavy weights. All my reps slowed down considerablely around 2-3 board height. SOOOOOO
BOARD PRESS
225x6 w/ 3 board…realized it was too high
225x6 w/ 2 board
225x6 w/ 2 board
CLOSE GRIP PIN PRESS less than an inch about chest
225x 4 singles
225x5
DB PRESS
4x15 with 50
DIPS
2X25
Weight: 212…least I’ve weighed in long time. This was postworkout with my dextrose + water in me also.

I understand it.
Everyone remember’s the big events in they’re lives, I still remember the first time I got 225 bench, 2 plates in a comercial gym. I thought I’d arrived, big man on campus. Good work Chobbs, and we all get it, it’s what we do, and live for. later
Moving the weight
Increasing the stakes
Got hommies that can lay down and press eight plates
So stop trying to invade my space
before I have to call for a face to face
And gotta rest my case
You know it’s important when they write songs about it !
