What is you’re rough estimated 1RM on Deads? And do you pull conventional or sumo?

@spidey I honestly have no clue, I would like to think at least 405 but I haven’t done it in forever so who knows. Some days I feel like an animal and pull 340x8, others like today 325x5 is a struggle. Conventional alllll the way

Side note: Monday’s bench PR (260x2) was alot bigger than I had originally thought. One time when I was a sophomore I benched 260 with shitty form. Then the summer after high school I benched 285. Last bench cycle I did 5 singles with 265. Monday was the heaviest double I’ve ever done and the 4th time I’ve ever had 260 or more in my hands. I want 275x5 bad!

School got canceled for today and I knew that last night so I took 10 mg of melatonin went to bed at 12, woke up at 11, checked my phone then napped till 2. My body is WRECKED from yesterday.

I do all my sets over than my last set on 3’s and 1’s week with a double overhand, it messes with my head sometimes lol

You’re pulling low to mid 4’s I’m pulling high 2’s low 3’s so I need the extra grip work anyways

Have you looked at my log lol Im pulling mid 5s right now, i just pulled 455x6 on a stiff as fuck no knurling bar

I think grip work is overrated for deadlift unless youre actually missing because of grip which most people dont

T-Nation does a great job of getting customers back after their first buy. My first order I bought 2 tubs of Metabolic Drive and 2 creatine bottles, I was thinking how I wanted to get some more stuff but I couldn’t remember my card number. I logged into my account, got my stuff, checked out and was good.

I ordered 1 tub of Metabolic Drive and I think 2 12 bar containers of Metabolic Drive bars for spring break since it’s gonna be a shit show and I won’t be focused on eating and then a 2k ML thing to drink my intra workout out of to look kewl.

X3 on the salt bath feels great for recovery. Kind of weird we all had one on the exact same day?..

Next week for my 1’s week my last set weights are 360 on deads and 270 on bench…I just want to make it 365 and 275 just for the sake of those 25’s lol but I’ll let the program play out.
