Yeah I’m in A&S too but I’m trying to transfer to engineering. I lifted at Petersen’s once and I have no idea how you tolerate those rubberized plates…they’re a nightmare to get onto/off the bar.

I definitely identify with you on the knee thing. Any time I recruit my posterior chain my left knee has a serious whinge. It’s actually getting better though, now that it gets stimulated more than once per week.
