Where I go is more of a club town instead of a college town so it kinda sucks…where do you go?
I go to Pitt.
Yeah I’m in A&S too but I’m trying to transfer to engineering. I lifted at Petersen’s once and I have no idea how you tolerate those rubberized plates…they’re a nightmare to get onto/off the bar.

the plates weren’t as bad last year. I just hate walking all the up to trees.

Just a side note, every since I’ve thrown in farmers walks 2x per week I have noticed HUGE increases in my grip strength and work capacity in basically everything except pressing and squatting.
I’ll have to give these a shot. My grip is always the first thing to fail on dumbell rows.
I definitely identify with you on the knee thing. Any time I recruit my posterior chain my left knee has a serious whinge. It’s actually getting better though, now that it gets stimulated more than once per week.

Skwats coming up tonight…it’s been a long week at school and I knew that coming in so I did bench on saturday, dead on monday, squat thursday and I’ll OHP friday. One thing I love about 5/3/1 is it’s versatility. Hoping to get 250x7-8, vid might be coming who knows.
Life wisdom: A little weed is okay just stay away from the white stuff.

You should see the shit I put up with at my campus gym. There was a guy shadow boxing with like 5lb dbs next to my squat rack. like. I almost clocked him with the barbell a few times.
Woke up with an awful pain, not to get graphic, but at the base of my penis and down and left each about an inch. Only hurt when I have to move my left leg on it’s own and stabilize it. The bastard kinda hurts
