I wanted to do either some push presses or I think it’s called a circa dumbbell press, but I tried one rep and did it explosively and I’m almost positive I have a plantars wart in my foot and it hurt like a mother so they were a no go. Hopefully I don’t have to get it cut out.

For anyone who cares or wishes to throw in some input, here’s a pretty close to normal day of nutrition for me.
Meal 1: 5 eggs cooked in 1 TBL butter…I wanna throw in some more fat here but idk how
Meal 2: 7-8 oz of meat, 50 grams of carbs, 15 grams of fat…today I had 7 oz pork chop, 2 bags of rice cakes, 2 TBL almond butter
Meal 3: pre workout shake, 1 cup oats 2 scoops protein and 2 TBL butter (either peanut, almond, or white chocolate wonderful)
intra workout shake, 70 grams of dextrose and 8 grams creatine
Meal 4: 7-8 oz meal and 80-90 grams of carbs…today I had pork chops and jasmati rice with honey
Meal 5: 2 scoops protein with some sort of berries
I kind of thing I need to throw in another meal after 4 and before 5 but I’m gaining slowly now.

Scramble those suckers with a splash of milk and 1-2 Tbsp of coconut oil or canola oil. That’s what I do with my eggs.

Scramble those suckers with a splash of milk and 1-2 Tbsp of coconut oil or canola oil. That’s what I do with my eggs. [/quote]
FYI canola (rapeseed) oil is terrible for your health.

I meant to write olive oil… I always accidentally mix them up for some reason lol
Sorry I haven’t been logging…buying a 50 dollar router hasn’t exactly on the top of my to do list right now lol but Monday was 240x7 on bench and today was 305x6 on deads, was hoping for 8. Life wisdom: if she says she’s on the pill, don’t believe her

Where I go is more of a club town instead of a college town so it kinda sucks…where do you go?
Just a side note, every since I’ve thrown in farmers walks 2x per week I have noticed HUGE increases in my grip strength and work capacity in basically everything except pressing and squatting.

Squat 255x8…felt good for 10. It was more of a conditioning test than anything. Really tried to hammer everything hard this week since next week is deload. Weights been hovering around 207-210 but I feel thicker so I don’t know what’s going on.
Deload week: did squat and bench together and then ill dead and OHP together so ill only have to go to the gym twice…big 2-0 birthday is Wednesday so I might not wake up after this weekend.
