I got 245 for 4, alot more solid then my 225 last week, we should raise the weight, it’s up to you, but we’re both getting alot of motivation out of this,. shame to have it only last a week and a half. 295x5, or 315x5, it’s up to you but I’ll probably get the 255 this week, same as you. I’ll post the vid in PRs section, let me know what you think Later

Haha, Alright lets move it to 275 just to give ourselves atleast a good month of this. I think we both struggled at 225x5, but it seems, atleast in my case once I started pushing myself ( for the first time) in the front squat, and started getting the form down things started falling into place, and 255 wasn’t going to be much of a challange. I like to atleast get a month or two out of these things. Good stuff bud. Later
