I can’t remember where I heard this but someone said “if you had to squat 405 3 months from today, or you would die, what would you spend the vast majority of your time on?”[/quote]
Getting laid.

For me…yes I would more than likely say that cause my chances are slim lol
Macros for today are
86 fat
240 carbs
266 protein
Great work!
Are you gaining or losing with those daily macros you’ve posted?
I’m currently stagnant as far as bodyweight goes but my strength is steadily increasing and I’ve been considering bumping my calories again. I’m taking slow steps upward as far as calories go.
Currently: 1,800 cals, 60g fat, 135g carbs, 180g pro.
Considering: 2,000 cals, 70g fat, 140g carbs, 207g pro.

wearin tanks n bangin skanks…merica
My mid back is really sore today, also my quads, upper back and core aren’t sure they’re just…tired isn’t the word I don’t know it’s hard to explain lol
Haha, lovein those fronty’s eh, well I’m feeling like a million bucks today, and will be back squattin tomorrow, the way I was feeling yesterday I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to squat for a couple weeks, but I spent all day yesterday with my leg up, and filled my face with anti-inflams, and other good meds, and woke up today ready for battle, so your head start is over
Anyway I know the other day after doing those fronts, I was sore in lots of different places the next day, my mid back for sure, right where I arch, and my abs were nuked. Good times. Latter

Who knew, that all I had to do to get you modivated to train the shit out of your lower body, was to just give you the chance to humiliate me on the the world wide web, haha, good stuff bro, but we have to make it 255x5 because I don’t have fractional plates. Hope the extra 5lbs dosen’t throw you off to much. Latter
@Anytime naaaa 255 is fine…I don’t wanna humiliate you I just dont wanna lose, I guess in the grand scheme of things we both win…but still lol
Cycle 8 Week 1 Day 3
I began my warm up at approximately 6:18 and had my coat on and out the door at 6:44…cause life that’s why.
OHP
120x3
135x3
155x5…belted…not a PR but overall not an awful set
INCLINE
135x3
185x3
225x3…with wraps
185X8
135x8
Right shoulder hurts where my labrum hurt when it got torn…I’m sure the incline pressing 2x per week doesnt help
If this shoulder shit keeps going on…even tho I love it, the good ole incline pressing is getting kicked out the window.
When my shoulder flare’s up I’ve found switching to single arm landmine presses works wonder’s, they almost seem to repair my shoulder, but at the very least, they allow me to maintain my OHP, and incline strength, while I rest my shoulder’s. 2cents

I love the exercise itself but it doesn’t love me
Edit: Just a thought, when I first start training I was an idiot.
