Also, idk what you mean exactly by ‘hip’ exercises, but if your talking about things that help with hip drive/hinge on DL’s and Squats, I’ve really been liking GoodMornings, sets of 6-8. Have bar in a low bar Squat position, adjust pins on the rack so I start every rep off of them and am consistent with depth.

For bottom range squat strength/keeping knees from caving: Full Sumo stance variaions, and extra wide squats (this last one I recommend done in a rack for high reps with a spotter as it is very easy to fall on your ass with these)

I know some people are gonna make fun of me lol but damn this is the first 12 hour work day I’ve put in in a long time and it was on my fall break and I’m tired as fuck, deads tomorrow after hopefully only a 10 hour.
Life advice: if you don’t think your girl is a hoe just wait until the first time you guys get into a fight and then ask yourself that same question
Sumo’s and box squats are the best thing for hip strength. I’d personaly wait till a day comes where either your squat or dead stalls / gets stuck, and then sub one of these in for a couple cycles. Only because they’re both big lifts to use as assitance. 2cents
Nice work on everything though. Bench is tough for young guys, aim for 15% a year, and be happy when you beat it !
