LOL!

All this and a bag of chips!

I saw a guy yesterday with wing-like lats, large pecs, decent arms, and then his legs were like toothlicks LOL. I’ve always thought it was funny when people can bench more than they can squat.

I really like seeing pictures of big dudes with no legs. This is hilarious keep them coming please.

Just because you have massive fuckin’ quads. How’d you develop them so nicely btw?

You may be wasting your time if your friend isn’t training for symmetry or performance. In my experience guys who’ve decided to not train legs have already considered and rejected every reason to develop them.

personally I feel my legs are subpar.

Honestly like nothing. I’ve recently just started working on them consistiently like 6 months ago and on a cut. So I haven’t really added much size to them at all infact I’m pretty sure with all the fat I lost they measure like 26-27inches when before they were 29-30.

but yeah to answer your question genetics. before I started lifting when I was a scrawny white asian kid they were this big for no reason, but I had no upper body, i looked absolutely silly. I couldn’t even do a single push up or pull up.

but now that i’m commited, I’m sure on my next bulk they will fucking explode, which I don’t really want because buying jeans is a bitch when you have big ass legs and small feet :frowning:
but I would like to improve them some and get better shape and development

Same with my dad, genetically his legs were superior and girthy so he went the powerlifting route dont quote me on this because I haven’t talked to him about it in years but I think he had something like a 600+ squat and 600+ deadlift at 165lbs but couldn’t 1rm more than 265 on the bench ever in his entire lifetime. I share this same shitty quality for the bench press as well when I weighed 250 the heaviest I ever lifted was 275 for 5.

if he becomes sucessful at building his upper body to a decent size, one day he will realize he is a dumbass and he will start. this is how I feel about my calves. haha they are like ridiculously small my arms are bigger.

Was unaware. Apologies if it offended anyone.

As I have posted before…studies have determined that a large/developed male upper body resting on a set of toothpick/chicken-legs is a leading cause of vaginal dryness in sexually active females.

My legs look pretty pathetic compared to my upper body and I have trained them balls-to-the-wall since day 1. Many of the men in my family have little bird legs. Thanks mom and dad.

DB bench ftw. I started making excellent progress once I switched. Having major shoulder surgery also forced me to switch.

I was in a similar situation. Massive legs to start with thanks to my mother and mediocre upper body. It’s cool to see that lifting runs in your family.

oh yeah I only DB bench these days the barbell hurts me no matter what angle or how deep.

just hit 110s for 10,9,7(+3 forced reps)

oh and I misquoted my dad told me today he squated and pulled in the 500s at 180 natural…but yeah he said he gave it up because he couldn’t compete with the guys that were juicing, said guys who weighed 140 were out pulling and squating him on steroids.

I’m betting your wheels don’t look as bad as you perceive them to be.

Didn’t Arnold Direct a short for the show Tales from the Crypt, where there was a guy who was built but had incredibly skinny legs?

has anyone heard of that before?

That seems to be the unfortunate thing. I had a buddy who did a bodybuilding show who did juice, and he quit because he didn’t want to keep juicing all the time and taking more and more shit once it got more competitive.

Haha, no worries man, I wasn’t offended. I’ve just seen that picture circulating a lot and sometimes it’s nice to get a little perspective.

On the flip side… Anyone who cant get down with THIS SHIT should hand over their gym membership. Damn, my legs suck so badly compared to Meadows its not even funny.

How can you not be down with getting wheels like this? I have never understood or related to someone who didnt want big, strong legs and to squat huge weights. Not all of us get there, but to not train for it is completely foreign to me.

Boooo more chicken leg pictures. Thanks for douching this thread up with big legs
