Guys, I’ve been trying real hard here. I’m a noob so don’t punish me too much. I’ve been trying real hard to bring up my chest. I bench everysingle day. Bench, flyes, incline, decline, dips, and then more bench. I eat about 2000 calories, 'cause I don’t wanna get too big but I want a beach body, ya know?!
Anywayzz, I can’t get a bigger chest and my maxx bench is stuck at 185 x 3.
Stats for those who wanna know.
Weight : 125
Height : 5’8"
Max Bench : 185 x 3
Max Squat : N/A never done legs
Max Deadlift : 135
Max curl : 30’s in each hand.
Also, I’m actually from England. Maybe my location has something to do with how hard it is to lift? Gravity is different here? I’m not sure. But seriously, I need to work on my chest, my biceps and calves are already huge so, don’t worry about those.
I know Arnold used to workout twice a day. I think if you up’d the benching volume to twice a day and did between 15-20 MORE sets of flies, you’d have Arnold’s chest in a few months. Also, stop benching so heavy, it’s going to hurt your shoulders.
