Yeah, I added it to my favorites yesterday. I haven’t seen such a complete listing of exercises with demonstrations anywhere else. I just started to help train a friend who lives a couple thousand miles away, and I sent the link to her yesterday. Much easier than trying to describe a Good Morning myself.

I ususally train alone, as I have acquired my own equipment through the years. I am not up to date on what others can GHR.

I usually do GHR for reps with a 45lb. plate. I never thought much of this, but from the way some of you are talking GHR with a 45lb. is pretty good, or no?

Patricia, what’s the other olympic lifting site your referring to? I’d like to be able to compare the form on some lifts between the two (trying to perfect my deadlift technique). Thanks!
