Nick Weite joined us today. Dude is crazy strong. He’s a close friend with one of our crew. He’s basically a professional lifter (titan sponsored) who fills in his down time in a police uniform in St Louis.
Bar got on a weird groove on 3rd rep on 255. Didin’t get 3-4" on the way back up.

Not happy about bench tonite but will take it. Past couple nights have been sleep deprived (5-6hrs/night, concerts at fair). Right wrist feeling funky. Oh well, at least a T-Bone was waiting for me when I got home. I love my wife.
