What is your count for your pause at the bottom of the squat? I would do anywhere from 3 one-thousand to 5 one-thousand.

Have to say I am loving the Orange Fat Gripz. My shoulders and chest are finding new ways to get sore and grow stronger. My grip seems to already be making gains in strength. When I go back to just the bare bar after using the grips it feels like the bar it suddenly tiny. Even now when I am gripping the bar without using the Fat Gripz X first the bare bar seems smaller.

My finger strength is getting a boost and overall my arms from the triceps and biceps through my forearms to my hands have a new stimulus that is a great benefit. Thanks again for recommending Orange Gripz. I can’t wait to see how much I gain from them after a couple of months of regularly using the fat boys.

The other day I tried some light hammer curls using the blue Fat Gripz after I did OHP and Bench with the Orange Gripz and I couldn’t even do a curl my arms and hands were so fried. These Orange Gripz are definitely a game changer.

shut bench down after 1st set at 250. no floor presses either. right arm felt dead and have dull ache/throb down the front/top of my arm from shoulder to forearm. have ice on shoulder. loaded up on ibuprofen. may have to listen to The Dead or Floyd to cap it off.

will definitely keep using ssb or buffalo bar to squat. not sure how deads will go. shit happens…soldier on.

shoulder feels a little better. lots of variables to eliminate to find root cause. bottom line, will be squatting with ssb or buffalo bar. will be benching as much as cgbp as possible. I feel good, aside from the shoulder.

My shoulders are my weak point. I can sympathize. Hope it’s nothing serious.
