Sounds like a solid place to lift. Sorry to see the back tweak. Have you ever tried epson salts bath? I read about it helping to relax muscles and I will try soon.
Got in tonite before the impending snow.

Low back felt good. Was unsure how it would respond tonite. Training partner is a assistant S&C coach at a local university. He brought in a tub of their analgesic. Pretty much EFS Equi-Block. My lower back thanks him.

Do you think the GHR is making you stronger?

Just started doing them. I hope to see something in a couple of months.
I’m thinking about getting a home GHR to try but they are expensive. Hope you see good results.

If the day after is any indication, they suck. I’m walking like it’s my 2nd day in prison. Hamstrings are fried.

Sounds to me like I have to get a GHR because I am a bit of a training pain lover and I want my hams to feel like they’ve been smashed as you describe.

Bear in mind you need pretty strong hams just to do them in the first place. At my gym, they have you grab a band connected to the rear which helps you up . . . a little. And they stand in front to catch you if you fall off.
kind if an f around dl day. our dl area is under construction because the concrete floor under our trailer mats has broken apart. will patch and construct actual dl platform.
reverse band dl.
