Well, I was down about 6 pounds from the start. BF% isn’t really moving but I am using the body accue-measure and keep getting a low reading then a high reading. I’m thinking it is user error.
However, I have dropped 1.5 inch off the waist since the start. I’m liking the progress.
As for yesterday, I really didn’t go that bad. My meals were still small even though I ate a variety of things.
I can tell one thing, my stomach size has NOT shrank.
4 whole eggs, 3 whites with cheese.
2 pancakes, 2 pieces of sausage
2 winchells doughnuts with coffee and creme/sugar
4 or 5 cookies, bananna, Metobolic Drive with milk!
Arbys been n chedder with fries and a shake
Nachos
entire pizza with half a gallon of milk, followed up with some little debbie snack cakes.
I trained legs HARD, so I feel like I actually used some of the calories. Kinda surprising, but I don’t feel that bad today. Muscles are really full, stomach has a nice bloat to it
Total loss as of Saturday morning was -12 pounds and 2 inches off my waist. Not too bad, but up almost 2 pounds this morning. Cheat day was not too bad, but felt very strange eating that much. Did not eat nearly as much as I had dreamed of…felt too guilty and my appetite is definitely smaller than is was. Hopefully this week goes well…
So how was Week 4 for everyone? Mon & Tue were great for me. Then wed through Fri was a bit rocky, with a hectic schedule at work, it was a challenge in itself to eat the scheduled meals. LOL

This week went great. I think I lost more this week so far than any other week. I know Joel said to put away the scale, but it’s one of my last compulsions.
For those of you reading this who aren’t doing the diet- it works beyond belief. When it is actually either freely available or available to purchase through Joel I highly reccommend it!

Worst week so far, not because of the diet but I got a stomachflu or foodpoisoning! Tuesday to Friday was hell. Don’t worry, I wont share any details

I was wondering : do you guys train or do cardio on cheat day? or do you just take the entire day off for rest and enjoy food?
By the way, what are you guys gonna eat for the next cheat?
I typically train on Sunday’s (morning). No cardio though. I don’t think it’s necessary to do either, or will hurt you to do either. I would imagine there may be a reason not to do cardio this day though, given the intent of the day.

Yeah, I guess this is because that would be hard on stomach to do cardio or train with that kind of food.

Week 4 results not so hot as expected. up 2.5lbs from last week. Plan on taking it easy today. Changing it up for week 5!
I’ve found that you need to be extra strict on your mon-tue for this diet to work. But still pretty strict on the other days.
