As long as it’s 100% whole wheat, that’s fine for this week, it doesn’t need to be low-carb. Low-carb ones, or even 100% whole wheat, aren’t even appropriate for next week. Re-read the CD-specs on the foods you should incorporate when.

I would follow the dosing recommendations on the bottle and not necessarily just plan it around your cardio.
