Can’t go wrong with glutamine/creatine/aminos though, but prioritise diet.

As long as you eat lots you dont need supps. That said Surge Recovery is awesome in my book.

Since you’re set on doing bi’s and pecs. I’d say focus on scapular retraction and rows with the rest of your workout.

You’re shoulders are probably going to take a pounding from all that benching so I hope they’re pretty healthy.
