It’s the curse of the techie: Carpal Tunnel Syndrone.
I have had this irritation in the past, predominently on my right (mousing) hand. Since I work on a keyboard all day there’s no way around it. In the past I stopped playing PC games at night…and I have adjusted my workstation to be more ergonomically correct.
Presently I am wearing braces on both hands.
BTW, this was flared up from painting over the weekend…I’ll never do that again
Move the mouse to the left hand side… seriously… I’ve done it. Also, it helps if from to time you can do things that don’t involve the keyboard… hard if you are a programmer or something.
If you aren’t already, make sure you are getting lots of anti-inflammatory foods, such as EFA’s, to keep those tendons from swelling up.
Carpal tunnel has bugged me from time to time, but it hasn’t been bad for the last couple of years at least.
