Hey guys, recently Ive been on a Low Fat… med to high carb diet and its been working out really well… But now ive been wondering if I started to include more good fats into my diet… such things as olive oil and fish oil and maintained the same level of carbohydrates… would that be better or worse for me? I guess what im trying to say is, can I be on a med to high fat and med to high carb diet or does it only really work if either fat or carbs are low and the other one is high…
