I am sorry about what I am about to say…i will go very easy since you are only 17 yrs old…YOU"RE AN IDIOT…please do not post anything of the sort again.
5’9 148lbs trying to shed??..thats ridicuous…i think my calves have been getting skinny because i stopped working them to increase my sprinting speed(heavier end of the lever)…and they have gone from 18’1/2 to 17’1/2 in the last yr…
if my calves were less than 16 i would go down to the transportation office and issue myself a licence to ride chickens… .ur calves look like my sisters…shes a skinny ballet dancer…i have heard too much…a 148 pound kid crying about his calves being too big…instead of trying to shed weight…why dont you try putting some muscles on to counter ur so called CALVE IMBABLANCE …anyway…i dont even like posting but this is so ridiculous i had to vent…IDIOT
What does your wrist measurement have to do with anything? One measure of “symmetry” is for your calf, neck and biceps to have equal circumfence.
Like everyone else said, it is genetic. The only solution is to build up the rest of your body to match. You can’t make them any smaller. I have naturally large calves, when I was yonger I ran a lot (cross country, Marine Corps; 12+ miles a day at some points) and they just got bigger. They won’t get smaller from over training or under eating or any other way, except having them surgically removed.

Yeah you better surgically remove those huge calves of yours!
Nice troll job. I especially admire how you let the thread go on a while before posting the pics. That really worked. If you had posted the pictures at the beginning it just wouldn’t have had the same effect.

A bit of an usual idea, willingly wasting away muscle, but we do what we must. :-)[/quote]
This has to be the most idiotic statement that I have read on this forum.

Exactly. He let people nibble the bait and now he sank the hook.
