Bad posture or do you have a back problem?

What are you trying to accomplish? If your goal is to be an olympic powerlifter, then you have a long road ahead.

whatever your goals are…more on than off highly recommended

i love my calves, legs they are pretty huge for 156 i just wanna be jacked, dont really care much about powerlifting, a little strength would be nice. about my back its just my posture

Sorry to disappoint but your calves are no where near ‘pretty huge’ they are currently around the ‘10 year old girl’ mark

For the record, Steve Reeves measurement were:

Arms: 18.5
Calves: 18.5
Neck: 18.5
Thighs: 27
Chest: 54
Waist: 30

15 is very close to 18… maybe in a year or 2 i could hit that mark… im not sure who your comparing me to but i dont wanna be like ronnie

check out this article it has some pretty cool info about the body im looking for…

I doubt you’ll get your calves to grow 3 inches in 1-2 years (if you do, you could write a book on it). I’d guess more like 5 years. And that’s assuming everything else grows. You have extremely little mass, and before thinking about “sculpting” or “adjusting” certain bodyparts, you should eat and lift like hell for a couple of years. Then you might have some more “clay” to be sculpted

Don??t worry son I can guarantee YOU will never look like Ronnie Coleman, maybe you should stick too posting on BB.com if you think its so cool.

P.S. I also do not believe your calves to be 15?? they look more like 12??

Dude… Im 14 and all my measurements are bigger (shouders .5 smaller, waist about the same) and ive only been working out for 3-4 months. Ur calves arent exactly huge, but theyre pretty cut. Pretty small dude. Good job though

And from the looks of your picture, you probably are also packing a good 10% more body fat than him also. Maybe that’s why your measurements are bigger lol.

Yeah…

It’s going to be a long time before they let powerlifting into the olympics.
