i love my calves,legs they are pretty huge for 156 i just wanna be jacked, dont really care much about powerlifting, a little strength would be nice. about my back its just my posture

Sorry to disappoint but your calves are no where near ‘pretty huge’ they are currently around the ‘10 year old girl’ mark

I doubt you’ll get your calves to grow 3 inches in 1-2 years (if you do, you could write a book on it). I’d guess more like 5 years. And that’s assuming everything else grows. You have extremely little mass, and before thinking about “sculpting” or “adjusting” certain bodyparts, you should eat and lift like hell for a couple of years. Then you might have some more “clay” to be sculpted

Dude… Im 14 and all my measurements are bigger (shouders .5 smaller, waist about the same) and ive only been working out for 3-4 months. Ur calves arent exactly huge, but theyre pretty cut. Pretty small dude. Good job though

And from the looks of your picture, you probably are also packing a good 10% more body fat than him also. Maybe that’s why your measurements are bigger lol.
