OK so you guys have given me some good info on gaining some mass and picking up laggin parts. Now please direct me to a way of deciding how may calories I need to consume each day to put on weight. I am using Fitday to track my food. Thanks for your help.

Yes the massive eating will give you a place to start just rememebr that it is a Guesstimate like anyother calculatro you musty adjust it for YOU. I suggest reading the Massive Eating reloaded as well.
