I certainly wouldn’t make my dick smaller.
Sounds like fat in the ass rather than muscle.

I’m not exactly sure what is going on, I have a man ass. It is big and round, I have never had a problem with finding jeans. Maybe because I understand pants come in 4-5 different fits per waist size, and know what a tailor is.
I wear a 38" waist relax fit, boot cut at 265, if I can fit my lard ass in a pair of jeans you can fit your 200 lb ± 20 body into a pair of jeans (probably even regulars).
And if you really are having trouble fitting your ass into a pair of jeans (go all the way to relaxed) buy some fucking cover-alls.
I am guessing they can’t fit in skinny jeans like their friends which is causing all of the anxiety.
Question…why are people with body image issues like this even bodybuilding at all?

Excellent idea, I think all the men with big asses should do the same.

Whoa there buddy… I’m not mentally/psychologically disturbed. I’m not suffering from some form of anorexia/manorexia/etc. Just because you wear 44in jeans doesn’t mean that 36in is tiny That’s like a 500lb guy tellin a 400lb guy he’s skinny (crappy example but u get my point, lol). It’s all about proportions. My torso isn’t thick, so I’d like my lower body to match as well.
I didn’t say you were disturbed…but if your goal is to gain more overall muscle mass, could there be a bigger waste of time and energy than worrying about how your ass looks in pants?
Is this a “white guy” problem? I have NEVER heard anyone else of any other ethnicity who acts like this about how their ass looks.
cue angry mob

I don’t understand the complaining. I have never had a woman say my ass is too big. If anything, they fucking LIKE THAT.
The sad thing is that to some women out there, a bodybuilding…hell, even an “athletic” ass seems strange. A couple female friends of mine a couple years back decided to comment on who in my friend group had nice asses. Several skinny fat guys got the nod of approval while when mine was brought up, it was said to be “weird and all muscley”…the funny thing is I was all of 170 lbs at the time at 5’11", so not exactly what I would call “big”…or anything remotely close…

Who’s talking about fitting into jeans… I just want a more proportional body.

F*** skinny jeans, lol! Even if my ass was smaller I still wouldn’t be able to fit into them since I have thick thighs (NOT complaining about the size of my thighs at all… I like them, they just need some toning).

Lol… funny you say that. I actually think that the majority of bodybuilders (and weightlifters) have body image issues. Hence the need to get bigger.
Anyways, I enjoy weightlifting and strive to obtain a strong/fit body. I’m not trying to get HUGE, I just want to be thick and tone.

That sounds like high school…because 170lbs is average weight for a grown man who is sedentary at that height.
Girls in school all repeat the same shit. Why? Because they don’t think for themselves. They are concerned with their own social status much more. That tends to change around the age of 24 when they realize what THEY want may just be a tad more important than what will make them look cool to their clique.
That is why they ALL repeat the same “eeewwww” any time someone puts up a picture of a big bodybuilder even though most of them don’t even know what they are looking at.
Grown women do not like flat asses on guys. They like to rub on guys with prominent asses as they walk by.

Whilst changing for the gym I looked, my shit looks proportional, so a picture wouldn’t really do my buttocks justice…
And also, I’m not going to be the first to post a butt pic.

The one constant I’ve had with women who found me attractive was that they thought I had a great ass. Fine, I’ll take what I can get. I’m Italian, btw.
When I was in high school I was working at a gas station and a regular customer was a black women, attractive, and I’d guess in her late 20’s or early 30’s at the time (I was like 17). This was in the days of Big Hair, Body Glove, and biker shorts. She always commented on my legs and ass.
One thing I’ll never forget was she pulled up, pulled her sunglasses down over her nose (looking me up and down) and said “MMMM-mmmm, chiiild, you built like a black man!!”
LMAO!! I shoulda followed up on that…
My guess is that you have a fat behind.
^What I mean is, anyone with a truely muscular “too big” rear end would not worry about such a thing.

definitely should have followed up on that.
And about Professor X’s post: I don’t think it’s a white guy problem as much as a problem with the women that these guys are getting their feedback from (most likely, girls with no figure).
I just got back to lifting seriously a few months ago, and my ass went to about 39", on my 31" waist, that’s pretty much the same proportions as the guys here bitching about their “big” asses. My girl’s reaction wasn’t “your ass is too big”, it was “wow, you actually have an ass now”

Yeah, cuz they can’t get rid of it so they’d have to accept it. Lol!
But yes… I have some “baby fat” on my ass if that’s what you mean (of course there’s muscle there as well). I need to work on toning it. I think I’m going to stick to the stairmaster this winter (as well as clean up my diet). Maybe I’ll post another pic at the end of the month, lol.
