Too Big?

Too Big?
Don’t worry about the glutes dude. Chicks dig it. Try to do some shaping exercises with the machines. It may feel strange at first. But hey maybe a blessing in disguise. You can maintain glute and leg size without
too much work. Nothing wrong with that.
Anyone who wants to cut down the size of their glutes is not worthy of posting on these forums.
I had trouble finding shit that fit me well (5’8", 27" quads, 32" waist, 42" hips/buttocks) until I remembered I don’t really give a fuck, painted my face blue, and denounced clothing forever.

At my height proportionally I am not far off from your size big Rando.
First off, you got a little ways to go to catch up with me. I’m up to 246 lbs at 6’1" so I’m not sure why you think you’re so close. And I’m also not getting on a bodybuilding forum talking about how huge my ass is and how I need to shrink it. So yeah, I said it. You really ain’t that big. And I’m not saying I am either.
And adjusting exercise selections to accentuate other body parts and make them larger is a much different strategy than “shrinking” a muscle. You’re still a douche for reiterating once again how you want to “shrink” your ass because it looks bad. Once again, it aint that freaking big. It’s just the rest of you is smaller. Make the rest of you grow and you’ll be good to go.
I bet if you read through the last few posts on here all saying the same thing you may actually get what many of us our saying; it’s called reading comprehension, you should look into it. Please stop posting that you want to shrink your ass, nobody wants to catch the ghey.
I guess you don’t understand what proportionally means. I’ll break it down for you since you seem to be a simpleton who can’t figure it out. At 5’10 I don’t have to weigh as much to get as thick as you. An inch of height roughly equals another 10lbs. You’re an engineer I’ll let you figure the rest out.
Don’t post in my thread anymore you big thick man you.
I regret that there will be no pictures of my ass but that is fucking degrading.
My point has been made and it sparked some good discussion and I think it’s something some guys need watch out for if they squat using primarily glutes.

BTW, today I told my wife that I was stopping squatting and dead lifting to tone down the assfactor and she said thank god!
So next time your wife asks you if you think her butt is too big, remember you can give her an honest answer. ![]()
I have a sneaking suspicion that all of these people worrying about “gaining too much weight and becoming disproportionate” are the ones who should actually be worried about it the least.
OP, I have similar stats, except I am nearly 4 inches shorter. 5’6.5", 209 lbs, 34 inch waist, 27 inch thighs, and 43 around the hips and I can still buy jeans at Banana Republic. Until you start being mistaken for Jennifer Lopez, suck it up.

dude, girls dig big butts like we dig theirs, duhhh!! I built up a big(er) butt, and my girl can’t take her eyes off it. and if a size 36 is too big for you, your ass aint too big dude. just work on building up a bigger upper body, but your legs and butt cant ever be tooo big…can they?

I just had to quote this. This is the most sense you’ve made since setting up an account on the site ![]()

I am wondering when guys started thinking women liked no ass on their men.

I dont know, but whoever started this whole anti-ass thing needs to be beaten to death with a barbell.
My glutes are the muscle that shot up most noticably when I gained some weight. But tbh… chicks don’t mind it, as far as I have seen, if anything most like it and I’d rather see it as years down the line when i’m much bigger, i’ll have some kickass glutes.
You are not out of propotion because you have trained ‘powerlifting’. You are out of proportion because you did not manage your training properly!!
1)Evaluate current status: Upper Body Is To Small (properly stated)
2)Create a plan: Prioitize Upper Body Work-Coumpound Movements
*This does not mean you neglect your lower body!!!
3)Put plan into action: Get To Work
4)Monitor Progress: Strength Increases in selected rep range on selected movements
*Where strength goes; size is sure to follow.
5)At one year point (minimum)-Evaluate current status
REPEAT
Am I the only person here NOT checking out his own ass all the time?
I’ve had a big bubbly ass my entire life, dude you get used to it, and save money on belts.

I’m not gonna lie, I check out my butt all the time. If my ass was on a girl I’d be pretty into it. You know, minus all the hair and stuff.

ha ha… lol
Ya i am kinda doing the same thing! i had a huge lower body and not so big upper body… I have reduced the size of my legs and ass while building my upper body… i weigh about the same as i did with large legs… simple, do less leg exercises, only do them once a week and do like 3x3 to keep most of your strength but they will shrink after a while.

Actually I do understand quite well. Since I’m about 6’0.5" and you are 5’10.5" that’s a 2 inch difference. Add another 20 lbs and I still outweigh you by over 20 lbs. So stop talking smack, your mouth is bigger than your ass.
