bustin plateaus

with my connect bein down for a day and not having work yesterday there is just way too many threads to try and catch up on… so let me contribute something instead of sponging up more info. :wink:

i found t-mag about 2 months ago when a friend told me to check it out. he said its just straight up info, no bull shit etc. am i ever glad he did.

since finding t-mag i have revolutionized my training and eating. every single workout i end with this huge pump as i continually bust through plateaus. every day im setting new personal records. i have learned so much that i am finding it easy to overcome problems and weakpoints, adjusting my workout program on the fly to make up for a short coming. i have trained hard before, but never this GOOD.

one of my first problems i came to the forum for help with was my weak delts… well i cut back the work just like ppl said, followed a little advice and my military press has jumped by 50% in 4 weeks! my bench has gone up by 50lbs as well… my cardio work has changed focus… interval sprinting a couple of times a week, and not over doing it with needless cardio and yet my body weight continues to drop but i can see and feel my lean muscle mass still increasing (frankly once i decided that i would not be able to cut to the level i wanted by the time i went on vacation in 1.5 weeks, i decided to bulk and have been following clean eating techniques but have been eating a hell of a lot more, yet still droppin the fat!).

well i just seen a lot of bickering etc goin on among some posters and a whole bunch of negativity so i just wanted to add a positive and say thanks to everyone on the t-mag staff and everyone who spends so much time contributing on this forum (u know who u are).
