a) People like Mr. Mo Bitchez are trying to help people make progress
b) People like Bunny Bitch & yourself have made much less progress than the people in “a”. If any at all.
c) The people in “a” are sick of the people in “b” giving stupid fucking advice to people. Un-doing that damage is an annoying pain in the ass.
d) The people in “a” make a thread, such as this to deter newbs and other clueless people from listening to people in “b”. Because if they do, they won’t make any progress.

I start at 7.am. (Legs)

set of stretches.
Skipping for 20 minutes.
10x100 metre Sprints.
second set of stretches.

Will then do.

Squats 3x 10
Leg press 5x5 …god I love the leg press.

then I will finish of with some bag work.

(Back)

Same as before except

Deadlift 3x 8…Only started dead lifting a week ago
BB rows 4x12
Pull ups 3x failure
Lat pull downs 2x failure

(Chest arms)

same as before

BB bench press (flat) 3x10
DB flys 3x 12

Pushups 2 times failure

BB curls 2x8
Close grip Bench 2x 10
Tricep extensions 3x8

…On chest days im pretty much dead after wards.

I started at 145 lbs And am now almost 175 with my body fat lvl the same as it was at 145.

What about hams, glutes, calves, ab/adductor muscles, ya know, the other parts of the leg.
