  1. well I don’t have days set I just train when I feel that body part hasn’t been worked.

  2. I don’t look at the scale often at all I just reduce the calories when my abs become hard to see.

My Current workout routine goes a bit like this.

I start at 7.am. (Legs)

set of stretches.
Skipping for 20 minutes.
10x100 metre Sprints.
second set of stretches.

Will then do.

Squats 3x 10
Leg press 5x5 …god I love the leg press.

then I will finish of with some bag work.

(Back)

Same as before except

Deadlift 3x 8…Only started dead lifting a week ago
BB rows 4x12
Pull ups 3x failure
Lat pull downs 2x failure

(Chest arms)

same as before

BB bench press (flat) 3x10
DB flys 3x 12

Pushups 2 times failure

BB curls 2x8
Close grip Bench 2x 10
Tricep extensions 3x8

…On chest days im pretty much dead after wards.

I started at 145 lbs And am now almost 175 with my body fat lvl the same as it was at 145.

Oops forgot to mention the diet.

Breakfast 1 scoop of whey in water
5 eggs
some juice and some pasta (refrigerated from last night.

Pre workout.
1 scoop of whey in water
1 banana
half a chicken and salad sandwich.

after workout.
handfull of nuts and some sultananas.
1 bowel of vegetable soup.

Lunch

1 chicken breast
some veggies with pine nuts

snack

Normally not hungry at this time so ill have an apple.

Dinner

1 scoup casein whey in milk.
some oats.

That’s it ill change around a few things some days but this is what I have most of the time.

I have gained about 30lbs of muscle since starting and have never gone above 18% body fat and I will continue training like this until I no longer see results.
