Bum Shoulder Training Routine

After 2 years of reading everything in sight regarding shoulder problems and following all the great advice in Mr. Cressey’s articles and in Inside/Out I’ve finally figured out I can never, ever: bench press, overhead press, dip. I can build my peri-scapular muscles till I’m blue in the face but it is not going to remove the bone spurs on my acromions and distal clavicles.

Surgery would likely fix the problem but I’m just not willing to go there. Judging from the large number of shoulder rehab/preventive articles I can’t help but think there are lots of other folks in the same boat. Anyone have any good whole body training routines for us to follow?

Currently I am performing deadlifts, hang cleans, planks and rows one day and squats, chin ups, push ups and hanging leg raises 2 days later. Any professionals out there willing to work out a real program for us which does not include any overhead work, pressing, or dips?
