lol well if you don’t know what a lat raise is at this point in your superior training I can’t help you. Also thanks I didn’t know my age and those are pre-fatigue superset weights so please everyone try and read before you all rip me a new one… thanks!

Haha, I did a search and lat raise is short for lateral raise  I’m thinking, “man, the lats pull back and/or down, wtf?”.

Well, good luck. If pre-fatiguing works for you, go for it.

Bulls, you know I’m not a hater…
Nor do I think you’re a beyatch.

But if you are after max gains in weight and strength I would go low volume heavy weight. Nuff said…

Look at World’s Pics and tell me a better way!

Just my 2 cc’s bro…

Wow… you’re pretty tiny for your height, but I was giving you the benefit of the doubt until I saw what you’re lifting. There’s no way you should be using steroids at this stage. Also, you’re 20 years old. Holy crap.

However, since you’ve already started, you might as well finish your cycle.

I think your exercise selection sucks. And what the hell is a lat raise?

I’m not trying to be a dick, but honestly, I think you should re-evaluate your lifting routine. No need to comment on your diet since you’re already changing it around.

Good luck with the cycle. Keep posting. I really hope this turns out as a positive experience, despite everything that is so wrong with age/diet/training.

lol. Nah, but you feel me? It was all said to inform. That’s all. No anger behind any of it. Maybe some sarcasim, but thats all!

Love,
Bull

Haven’t been to the gym in a 2 days and I kind of feel like a bum. I got work today so that will make it 3, but back to the gym tomorrow and looking to hit it pretty hard next week. My school gym was closed on Friday and I had no idea so it ruined all my shit.

I have been eating like shit and I drank last night and I decided I need to get my shit together and jump back on track, granted it was only for 2 days, but has felt like a lifetime. lol! Well until tomorrow peace.

Bull

How tall are you? I must have missed that. Because you look far from 240lb. If I had to guess, assuming you were 6 foot-ish, I’d say you look to be 190lb.

I am 6’4" and those pictures were taken at the beginning of the cycle when I was 218lbs. I am currently around 250 with my recent binge eating that I am not proud of :frowning:

Got pics coming on Tuesday… should be interesting

Your less than 2 weeks in, correct? And you went from 218 to 250 in less than that time?

About three weeks in, but I was cutting before so from 220 to 235 was easy and 240-250 was a result of bad food choices.

Wow. Thats a good gain there. Just be careful about those food choices :).

Yeah that is some insane weight gain!
What Contrl said is kinda what started me asking about your weight, but I see now.
Get them pics up Brougham!
