Bull's First Cycle Log

Be careful with the peanut butter and ores. Unnatural peanut butter has trans fat. Oreo also have trans fat. I don’t think you can get ores at a regular supermarket without trans fat.

If you are worried about Trans-Fat, use Natural PButter and Newman Oh’s. I am not too worried about it as it is the only trans fat in my entire diet, and I don’t think it’s much.

Ciao

Why not just kill some deer or something else and make the jerky yourself?

I have over 100 pounds of the shit between hog and deer… and it cost me as much as my arrows, broadheads, and ammunition did… so around $20…

Just a thought bud.

lol I wish!

5th Injection site and I am feeling 100%! Can’t wait to get back to the gym tomorrow to really put some weight up seeing how last week was such a shitty week. Until then Happy Christmas everyone!

Bull

I hate to rain on parades but there is no way you should be “doing” anything other than eating ALOT and increasing your weight in COMPOUND lifts.

GL man. Keep eating and you should blow up! I look forward to following your progress

Do Work! Bull

Keep it up brutha!

Went tanning yesterday and got burnt to a crisp. I think she put me in longer than I was supposed to go in. That Bitch!

That’s what you get for getting a fake tan! Move to a place where it’s pretty much beach weather all year long.

Today’s workout:
Superset 1:
Seated lat raise:
5x12 15lbs

Seated DB Press:
3x6 50lbs
1x5 50lbs
1x2 50lbs

Great workout today… up in all my weights! Had a little trouble on my last shoulder press set, but that happens 5 sets later.

Do Work! Bull

I don’t think you are doing anything wrong.
But as World has taught me, I might just scrap all isolation lifts for now and do nothing but Compounds. You will yeild greater size and strength gains.

My workout yetserday was finished in under 30 mins, I felt like I cheated myself…

So I did some cardio too.

Intensity, resistance, and low volume make for better gains.

Just my two cc’s

Best of luck bra~

Todays workout:
Superset 1:
Leg ext
1x12 94lbs
4x12 114lbs

Front squat:
4x6 205lbs
1x8 205lbs

Superset 2:
leg curl:
4x12 100lbs

RDL:
3x6 155lbs

Notes: Had to end my workout early today because my lower back was so sore. My lower back is my weak point to it gets fatigued before anything else during my workout so its like doing double time. Any suggestions for strengthening my lower back? maybe adding the lower back ext machine into one of my other workouts? So that I am doing lower back technically twice a week… will this help?

Peace! Bull

Bull, yeah some Hyperextensions can be added, but just go without weight and only do sets of around 4-6 reps, if it wears out easily this will wear it out quick.

Gradually increase resistance, I currently use A 45lb and a 25lb plate stacked on top of it. And I recommend extending way beyond Parallel to the floor somewhere in teh ball park of 220degrees, just until the glutes grab hold, and hold it there for just a sec, then repeat.

Hope this helps!

Weighed in at 240 this morning. Can’t stop gaining weight no matter what I eat. I was a little sloppy on my diet last week, but have cleaned it up this week and added more calories. Is it normal to gain say 2-3lbs per day? Just wondering

Come with it now… Name reference

I had no idea you were 240, all due respect bro, and you know I am no hater, and that I am a supporter, but those weights seem pretty mild for your body weight.

I don’t think I am all that strong but at 234ish I am easily pushing 65-70lb DBells for Seated press, and 100lb DBells for flat bench. Are you going to failure on the last set? If not I say up that weight, you should be shocking and shaking deep muscle fibers on every set.

If you don’t have a spotter you HAVE to get one. It’s the only way to psychologically get past the weight increase.

Without a spotter I never took off more than 185lbs on Bench, with a spotter I’ll rep with 245 and attempt 315 every week.
Mind over matter. That fear of crushing yourself is real shit to deal with.

I think you are stronger than you are giving yourself credit for. Your workouts are shorter like mine. Dig fucking deep bro, don’t be araid to fail at a heavy weight 2 @ 300lbs builds more mass than 5 at 255. If you fail don’t stop let your spotter help you feel the weight that just pwned you for a few nice negative reps.

Your RDLS should not be below 225. Unless you have back/hammy issues.

We are damn similar in stature, I am 6’4" and 234-240 depending on water.

Push yourself my rage against the machine friend… Get the best out of your cycle.
Honestly I wish we could train together.

Peace!

Is is absolutely normal… I posted the exact same question a few weeks ago in my thread. Your Caloric intake ands water retention will add some ficticious weight everyday. I always assume I am about 4-6 pounds lighter than what the scale says, because I use Size On Creatine and well let’s face it T makes your muscles hold water too.

Wow… you’re pretty tiny for your height, but I was giving you the benefit of the doubt until I saw what you’re lifting. There’s no way you should be using steroids at this stage. Also, you’re 20 years old. Holy crap.

However, since you’ve already started, you might as well finish your cycle.

I think your exercise selection sucks. And what the hell is a lat raise?

I’m not trying to be a dick, but honestly, I think you should re-evaluate your lifting routine. No need to comment on your diet since you’re already changing it around.

Good luck with the cycle. Keep posting. I really hope this turns out as a positive experience, despite everything that is so wrong with age/diet/training.

lol calm down! I am doing pre-fatigue supersets, that??s why my compound lifts are so low. This is because I’m doing an isolation movement first no rest compound movement. I think it’s working well. Ran, don’t underestimate my weights they are higher than you may think  Thanks for the worrying though… thought I was a little bitch, did ya! Lol

lol well if you don’t know what a lat raise is at this point in your superior training I can’t help you. Also thanks I didn’t know my age and those are pre-fatigue superset weights so please everyone try and read before you all rip me a new one… thanks!
