is that so? hows that going for you?
Lol. Thanks, I needed that.
(And rally 'round the family, pocket full of shells.)
I’d cut back on the Cheerios, too, unless you need the fiber for regularity; the fibrous cereal will make you feel full faster. Eat more of the eggs and save pennies to buy protein powder asap. Go in with a buddy and buy/split some Nitrean from AtLarge today. Do what you can.
But Lil Guy’s comment was exactly about this – have this stuff figured out before you start a cycle.

Got tubs and tubs of protein.
And I’m sorry i’m such a jackass everyone! There, will my apology get people from stop reminding me that I needed to plan this out a little better or will I be ridiculed until the end?
Until next time … get money!

yes yes I’m running around to class all day today trying to post during my breaks give me a break!
Also question for anyone willing to answer:
I have Metabolic Drive which is the protein blend would it still be beneficial for me to take this at night instead of the whey for slower digestion or will the AAS break it down just the same?
Asking because If it doesn’t make a difference I will save it for post cycle supplementation to save some money cause I have tons of whey.
Also creatine or don’t need it?
IMO id save it for PWO and take the whey at night. I use creatine as a staple in my diet on or off AAS i think it should be used along with protein year round no matter what.
k so I was feeling 10x better so I went to the gym and I was pumped cause it was a leg day (legs are my fav!)
Superset 1
Leg Ext:
4x12 110 lbs
1x10 110 lbs
Front Squat: (Initial Clean to get the bar in place)
5x6 185 lbs
Superset 2
leg curls:
5x12 90 lbs
RDL:
5x6 155 lbs
Couldn’t start or finish calves because I was too dehydrated and kept cramping up, but they can be added easily to my back workout tomorrow. Cheers!

Wait a minute…just where do you take it, bro?

Do you have a small refrigerator at your disposal? If so, I have two words for you: Whole Milk.

For my shakes, I’m assuming?
Whole milk is good for anytime. It’s the ambrosia of bulking diets.

nooo not THAT worm either lol
Feeling a little better this morning still recovering hopefully around 100 % by tomorrow.
Got a question:
Can anyone recommend some durable headphones for the gym? I have spent an absurd amount of money on headphones that just break every 2-4 weeks because I sweat too much. One of the ear pieces just shorts and doesn’t work. If anyone knows of some I can purchase once and for all it would be greatly appreciated!

There are several threads on the subject – try a quick search for ear buds or headphones.
I prefer Ultimate Ears Super-Fi 5 Pro and Etymotics ER-6i. I can give more details if you’re interested. But either of those costs at least as much as a week’s worth of sirloin and two dozen eggs…
Another comment regarding your protein intake.
Im unsure if you have the Metabolic Drive or the Metabolic Drive Complete. Either way due to the slower digesting proteins it should tbe consumed before bed and inbetween meals.
Use the whey pre/post work out and upon waking due to its ability to be digested much faster.

Still kind of bloated so it was a low intensity workout… get better by the day though.
Bought some whole milk and beef jerky… which by the way is surprisingly expensive.
Also any comments on my training? Not enough? More than once a week?
Why not just kill some deer or something else and make the jerky yourself?
I have over 100 pounds of the shit between hog and deer… and it cost me as much as my arrows, broadheads, and ammunition did… so around $20…
Just a thought bud.

Okay So I ate a ton at breakfast… here is a rundown:
2 cups egg white omelet Ham,peppers, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese
2 cups cheerios/skim milk/sliced banana
Pineapple
2 piece wheat toast
lol a start?
Erase Egg Whites… Replace with actual eggs.
I strongly suggest at least 1 God-Food shake per day.
3 Raw Eggs
2 cups Whole Milk Vitamin D
2 bananas
6 Oreos
40-50g Whey protein
4 Tbsp P-Butter
1 cup crushed ice
Put everything in a blender.
Probably the best tasting thing you’ve ever tried seriously.
This weighs in at about 1906 Calories, 168g Protein, 92g Fat, and around 180 carbs.
Use this for breakfast and eat everything else you are all ready eating, (Spread otu of course) this will increase mass greatly!
Yes it is fattening! But you need the fat desperately on AAS!
You’ve seen my before and after pics, trust me! Eat now and cut later. You are starting way leaner than I did!
Good Luck and by all means let me know if I can be of assistance.

World damn bro share the wealth! I love me some Deer Jerky!
