well for starters i plan on buying a Buffalo squat bar (pictured above) which will allow me to squat until I get my mobility back in the left shoulder. Basically the C bar sucks because its a custom job made from a old
cheap bar and whips too damn much. Not to mention that im having to adjust my form to use it.
For the record… yeah Im going to running 5/3/1 (at least a one of the variations from the last book)again at least for awhile. Until I get off my ass and design my own.
Nice work with the cambered bar. Now I have to get a cambered bar. I’ve always wanted one and my B-Day is around the corner so some relative is going to ask what I want and boom!-that is my request to the sucker. Great to see your strength is solid and your bench is on the mend.

Yeah …Like I posted im getting ready to buy a buffalo Bar myself since the c bar changes my form up to much. Im surprise myself that my lower body strength isnt lower than it is all things considered.
Deads: 2 x 5 x 135
183 x 3
225 x 3
275 x 3
340 x 3
385 x 3
430 x 1…did 3 ** for the record Ive decided to put a cap on reps on pulls from the floor. 3 is it unless the weight is feeling super easy then I will hit 5 from time to time
Rack pulls below knees: 5 x 10 x 225… really focused on hinging the hips
Got my first ever ban from a group on Facebook last week. Im not able to post on any group sites until after July 4 for a remark I made about P90X not being a strength program which someone found offensive…REALLY???LOL
Facebook is so sensitive. I find this kind of judgement a bit high brow and hypocritical for a company that recently revealed they ran a psychological experiment on their members without their knowledge. Did they get their panties in a wad?
I’m eager to find out how you like training with the buffalo bar. Why is it better/different than a regular bar? What are the advantages?

Yeah i was pissed at first. Now i dont care…one of the guys broke off from the group and made one for guys that compete and are over 40. So a bunch of guys are jumping ship and going there. I was invited by one of the administrators of the group to come over when my ban is lifted.i just find it funny that i had enough complaints regarding my post to get me a ban didnt know there was so many P90X zealots lurking in the group.
Regarding the Buffalo Bar Jim Wendler talks about it in this article
