Still need to work on regaining more external rotation in that shoulder. At the moment at 87.5 degrees of rotation like to get up another 10 degress


Shit ton of shoulder mobility work

Cambered Bar squats: Top set with just 195 x 5 nothing hard
Bench: top set with 145 x 5 with only minor discomfort.
DB rows: 3 x 10
Alternate arm Kettle bell swings 5 sets
Kettle bell carries 5 rounds

Band work external rotation.

Deadlift: Went full retard and did 455 x 3 Havent pulled heavy since this past fall.

OHP: 85 x 5 comfortably
Pulldowns : 5 x 10 super seted with the OHP

Super set : KB swings/KB caries 3 sets


Left shoulder held up from last night, only mildly sore.
