Well… plan on doing the 3 movements mentioned again today.
Did my weekly weigh in. Weight stayed relatively the same. App upped my daily cals again.
So now , it has my daily average between 3718-3960.
With trying to stick with lower caloric dense food. The actual food volume is getting pretty damn high.
In retrospect its find it pretty amusing … When in the past. You would have younger guys complaining they find it hard just to get in 2000cals.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to do the Bird Dog poose? More specifically when your Bully is trying to sneak attack and hump your leg?

Felt a twinge in my back doing curls. NOTHING… major . Just enough to tell me im not 100% yet.
For shits and giggles measured my arms after session. DAMN… they are beefing back quick.
This sucked doing most of this in steel toed work boots on harden concrete.

The app gave me a suggestion of keep reverse dieting or go maintenance. Ill give it some more time and see how my metabolism responds . Before I switch.
