Still doing the reverse diet phase.
Bodyweight went down this week due to all the miles I have put in on my feet at work.
App upped my cals again. The amount of calories that im taking in just to stay around my current Bodyweight is surprising at the moment.

Haven’t lost scale weight under the ending weight when I switched from the weight loss phase.
I went up massively during the holiday period from overeating by several lbs. But its gradually been dropping back down to the pre holiday levels.
Interesting to note with the reverse diet my current average daily cal intake is up by 800.
Well … back is good enough to lift tomorrow. Just going to do some benching … Dips and chest supported db rows.
BENCH: 5x5 @ 70% TM…. Flat back.
Chest supported db rows: 5x8
Pull downs: 3 x 10
Push downs: 2 x 12
I didnt push anything hard.
Yeah…. Back isnt ready for any type of hinging or hard bracing just yet. Give it another week before I indroduce squats and trap bar into the mix. Even then it will be a judgment call.Until then ill do a rehab routine for the back.

Between putting this many steps on hard concrete in work boots doing inspections and getting a session in yesterday. Lower back and hips are knotted up this morning.
