85% x 5…. Well 4 reps felt light and easy. Rep number 5 caused a issue

Question is ,am I hurt or injured .
Ive concluded im hurt and not injured. Definitely a pulled muscle. Now i just need to allow it to recover . Looks like ill need to do a work around for the next few weeks until things recover. Before I end up injuring shit. Weighing my options on how to program going forward until it clears it self up.
Weight down just a hair . App did a minor boost to daily calories .
