Standing abs banded 2 x20

Bw squats x 10

Goblet squats x 10

Yukon bar squats : 65 % x 5

75% x 5 … felt easy

85% x 5…. Well 4 reps felt light and easy. Rep number 5 caused a issue

….

Skipped fsl…

leg extension: 3 x 12… Did 20 easy on last set. Smooth controlled and paused at top.

Reverse hypers : Nope

Standing abs: Nope

Question is ,am I hurt or injured .

Ive concluded im hurt and not injured. Definitely a pulled muscle. Now i just need to allow it to recover . Looks like ill need to do a work around for the next few weeks until things recover. Before I end up injuring shit. Weighing my options on how to program going forward until it clears it self up.

Weight down just a hair . App did a minor boost to daily calories .

Could not find the source think it might be gutter related but its under several inches of ice… busted some of it up to help with drainage off the roof.

Tweaked the lower back more on Friday at work. Moving it from a slight strain to more several. Going into im hurt mode on the lifting.
