Body down just a hair. App upped daily cals by 38cals a day.
Curious to see how much the inclusion of creatine will effect scale weight.

Clarfication… the app upped my cals by a additional 38 cals a day.
So my daily range now sits at 3584-3808 cal per day.
That makes sense. I’ve met some anal retentive people in my life, but I don’t think any of them would be adjusting calorie intake by 38-calorie increments.
Thats all on the carbon app. It adjust based on bodyweight fluctuations. Still running the reverse diet settings.
About to switch to the maintenance settings.
