I find it humorous how someone will pick up “part “ of a training system free online and use it. But once the run into issues using it they will balk at the notion of spending $ 20-$40 on a book that actually covers the major and minute details regarding said system. BUT they have no issues spending $100 a month for supplements.

It makes me smile.

To say nothing of the amount of TIME they’ll spend trying to piece together bits and pieces of the program from various snippets online, through youtube, 3rd party reviews, forum posts, etc. At one point, you have to ask the question of “how much is my time worth?” When you factor in that you spent 20 hours of your time in an attempt to save $40, you realize your time’s value would be considered “illegal wages” in most civilized countries.

When guys do this…. It reminds me of Jurassic Park. In it they had gaps in the DNA sequence of the Dino embryos so the scientist filled them in with Frog DNA.

Same concept… People dont have the full grasp of said system and they fill in the gaps. THat they garnish offline and end up totally fucking shit up.

Dude, that is absolutely beautiful. That’s a fantastic analogy. If you’re cool with it, I may steal that for a blogpost.

  • Down a half a lbs from last Saturday .

  • Daily weekly average is near the same as the previous week just a minor decrease.

  • App is keeping me at the same lever caloric wise.

  • NOW my weight is the same this morning as it was before jumping into this phase.

Do you have high and low days or are you pretty much same macros daily?

The protein is set solid and the carbs and fat% are set but the actual amounts varies based on my daily caloric intake…

I just started using it again. Set to 1.56lbs per week. I needed a kick in the ass to get my weight moving steady. 12 weeks, through the holidays at that, because I always do shit the hard way.

Yeah… when I moved into the reverse diet phase I tweaked the protein level. I kept it at the same level as the diet phase. Since the app was going to drop it slightly.
