This is becoming more common. I am seeing women in their late 40’s having babies fairly frequently.
But on the opposite side, I’ve scanned more 12 year olds than I would care for.

Basically just punched the clock today. Got some work in and that was it. Just one step above just going through the motions. Just could not get in the proper mind set.
Have a High school class reunion coming up this weekend. As shallow as this sounds im curious to see how i compare physical with my former class mates.

Apparently my metabolism hasn’t gotten the memo. My weekly daily weight average is still dropping slightly each week. At this rate I am getting the feeling i will be in the reverse diet phase for several months.
Im regretting being a team player at work. Someone got fired on our 3rd shift in another plant. Was asked if I would come in 2.5 hours early. I could have been a dick and pulled the seniority card … but I didn’t. So now im getting up at 2:30 a.m. and clocking in a 4 a.m. and off at 12:20 p.m . ITS definitely has my daily rhythm screwed up.

One arm db rows: 3 x 6-8…. First working set used 143lbs for 6 . Form felt sloppy so dropped weight for the last 2 working sets.
GHR’S: 20 total … a little bit of cheat on these. Going to be awhile until im profesent on these again.
Trap bar shrugs: 3 x 12
Straight leg sit ups on H-PND: 3 X 10 @ some weight … Midsection cramped.
