The more I research the issue.. apparently the suggested period of running a weight loss seems phase seems to be 12 weeks by most who are more savvy nutrition wise. Apparently 26 weeks might have been pushing it without a break for myself. As much as I hate making excuses… apparently based on the symptoms . I probably have some diet fatigue be it psychologically or actually physically.

At the moment the game plan is to run the reverse diet for awhile . Once i hit a preset BW ill stay at maintenance for awhile.

FWIW I have heard it suggested double the time to reverse that you spent dieting.

Regardless of doing everything perfectly to recommendations, your progress has been great.

Yeah i have not established a time frame on the reverse diet phase. Pretty much playing it by ear and see what happens using the app function.

How far are you from your original goal?

Well… its not exactly about being a specific weight .

I was only asking because I was stalling. Now I’ve decided to change course and up my calories, and now I’m losing weight again. I was more just curious if you would have a similar experience.

No I was still loosing weight , but was really feeling some negative effects.. How low you been running?

I was sitting between 1350-1450. I lost about 18ish pounds since early August. But I was lifting and doing conditioning fairly hard and I think I just hit a point where my body was done. So I decided I got close enough (wanted to get to 137 and am currently at 142). Now I’m switching gears and started 5/3/1 today. Increased my calories by about 250 and my weight stared dropping again. But that is no longer the goal, so my app is telling me my maintenance is around 1880. I’ve been enjoying the extra calories for sure. I’m hoping it will translate into gains.

I am at the tippy top of what is considered a healthy BMI. I am thick. Like, no one would ever look at me and be like, a stiff wind could knock her over. I’m… Sturdy. :smirking_face:

SQUAT: 75% X 5

85% X 3

95% X 1 PLUS…Did 3 probably could have gotten more easily on a good day. Hips were gummed up for some reason and form was off badly.

3 X 5 @ 75% …. Decided against these due to everything being tight as hell.

Reverse lunges ( lever squat): 3 X 10-12

Reverse hypers : 4 X 10

Standing cable crunches: 5 X 10

Well on a bright note my Energy level is way up. BUT… something just didn’t want to cooperate today.

Well at least im at a body comp range where i can train at and regain some muscle mass . Hopefully things will now progress faster now that im not eating in a deficient and can focus more on recover and performance nutritionally speaking.

Just a few days with a slightly elevated calorie intake and im feeling a little more primed for a lifting session.
