Warm up: shoulder mobility shit and 2 sets of reverse hypers

SQUATS: ( used the Buffalo Bar)

3 x 2… plently of lower body strength . Only issue was that for somereason ive lost the ability to brace properly.

Lever squats: 3 x 6

Leg extensions: 50 total reps ,rest pause fashion. I need to figure a way of attaching this damn thing to the damn rack faster. ITS A PAIN IN THE ASS.

Reverse hypers : 3 x 15… adding weight on these at a quick pace.

Standing cable crunches : 5 x10

On another note… jumped on the scale before and after I lost 3 lbs of fluid during the session. That surprised me since i was taking in fluids during.

Did a self evaluation in the mirror and got out the tape measure. By the end of the week my daily average weight should be down 32lbs since the start.

Yeah definitely another 20lbs to go until im in a acceptable body comp range .

After which i plan doing a reverse diet slowly going back to a maintenance caloric level estimated by the app im using. So that i can focus on bring my strength back somewhat and regain some lean tissue back .Stay there for awhile and evaluate based on my performance in the gym and general apperance. More than likely ill end up doing another lean out but nothing as aggressive as now at the moment.

Hi Bulldog been ages since I dropped by. I see you’re still here. Was wondering, did you start training your friend’s son?

Bench : 3 x 8… felt heavy as shit.

Incline Db press: 3 x 10- 12… um yeah things started going south fast . Had to fight for every rep.

Dips 2 x 10 with sling shot. Took it off and do a few more sets with out it for some low rep sets.

AND everything came to a complete stop.

We’ve had a heat index up here reaching over 100 for several days . It finally decided to kick my ass. The big fan in the garage did jack and shit.I found my old ass having to muster up the strength just to stand . Got my ass inside with some effort and had a cold shower where I proceed to dry heave .

I felt completely wrecked today. I had planned to either getting some bicep work in or ride the Airdyne. Decided to hell with either … ive got over my minimal 10k steps in today and i honesty have nothing in the tank. Yesterday tore me the fuck up.

Still feeling way off, since my little bought of heat exhaustion Wednesday. Plus I have to work this weekend, makes it 3 out of 5 weeks . Oh well it covers my spending spree i went on.

At the moment im dealing with some fatigue and inflammation. I figure ill take it easy the next 2 days and not hit shit until Sunday.

Been a weird one… Daily morning bodyweight fluctuations has been all over the place this week.

Finale daily bodyweight average for the week is down only 1.2 lbs. App is keeping my caloric level the same again at 3200 daily.

Given how beat up you have been feeling, I wonder if you are dealing with inflammation, bringing bodyweight increases

Since you mentioned it i was wondering that myself. Id say that there’s some merit to that. Case in point my hands are sore and stiff along ( along with everything else)with some slight puffiness.
Curious to see if i take some ibuprofen what effect that might have overnight.

Alright im going to give myself another day of recovery.

Id say @T3hPwnisher hypothesis regarding inflammation has merit.

Took 800mg of ibuprofen during the course of the day yesterday. Down several lbs this morning.
