Did a self evaluation in the mirror and got out the tape measure. By the end of the week my daily average weight should be down 32lbs since the start.
Yeah definitely another 20lbs to go until im in a acceptable body comp range .
After which i plan doing a reverse diet slowly going back to a maintenance caloric level estimated by the app im using. So that i can focus on bring my strength back somewhat and regain some lean tissue back .Stay there for awhile and evaluate based on my performance in the gym and general apperance. More than likely ill end up doing another lean out but nothing as aggressive as now at the moment.
Incline Db press: 3 x 10- 12… um yeah things started going south fast . Had to fight for every rep.
Dips 2 x 10 with sling shot. Took it off and do a few more sets with out it for some low rep sets.
AND everything came to a complete stop.

Still feeling way off, since my little bought of heat exhaustion Wednesday. Plus I have to work this weekend, makes it 3 out of 5 weeks . Oh well it covers my spending spree i went on.
At the moment im dealing with some fatigue and inflammation. I figure ill take it easy the next 2 days and not hit shit until Sunday.
Since you mentioned it i was wondering that myself. Id say that there’s some merit to that. Case in point my hands are sore and stiff along ( along with everything else)with some slight puffiness.
Curious to see if i take some ibuprofen what effect that might have overnight.
