OHP: Did the bare minimum of reps right shoulder was cranky from too much work volume on bench the other day.
Going ahead next week and switch back to my own traditional split. It tends to maximize my recovery and allows me to mentally focus on my indvidual core lifts.

Reverse lunges : 5 x5 @ bw… i just focus on form on them. Just getting the feel for them . Using them as a pre/rehab movement. Suggest by a doc whos a national usapl lifter. She thinks i might have a muscle imbalance going on.
I barely used any weight on GMs yesterday just focused on control and form. My spinal erectors are fried this morning all with the rest of the posterior chain.
Leaving my partner’s house last night. Gave her a good night kiss and hug. Understand shes short and stands about chest high on me. She commented my boobies felt unusually hard… take it as you will.
