OHP: Did the bare minimum of reps right shoulder was cranky from too much work volume on bench the other day.

Going ahead next week and switch back to my own traditional split. It tends to maximize my recovery and allows me to mentally focus on my indvidual core lifts.

Glutes, hamstrings and spinal erectors are fried from yesterday.

Gut bloat must be down… my partner gave me a hug and commitment i feel like i have lost weight already.

Good.

Maybe add some sandbag carries. Use a duffel bag and gradually add sand to increase weight.

If your talking about a decreased gut bloat.

Ehh …i ll stick with the assault bike . Besides i average 6- 10 k in steps at work sometimes more.

Yoke bar squats: 5/3/1 plus fsl 3x 5-8
Took time between sets on squats.

Good mornings : 5 x10 @ sw

Reverse lunges : 5 x5 @ bw… i just focus on form on them. Just getting the feel for them . Using them as a pre/rehab movement. Suggest by a doc whos a national usapl lifter. She thinks i might have a muscle imbalance going on.

Standing cable crunches: 5 x 10@ Sw

I barely used any weight on GMs yesterday just focused on control and form. My spinal erectors are fried this morning all with the rest of the posterior chain.

Leaving my partner’s house last night. Gave her a good night kiss and hug. Understand shes short and stands about chest high on me. She commented my boobies felt unusually hard… take it as you will.

You might also want to check out touchdown squats for this purpose. Squat University has a good video on them. They’ve been magic for my knees.

Ok ill give them a look. At the moment the concern is reoccurring inflammation i get in my right hip.

Incline Db: 5 x 10
Pulldowns : 5 x 10
Tate presses 5 X 10
Curls : 5 x 10 … fuck them
